Club management, built module by module.
Clubsie is a multi-club management platform — season, team, and player records shared across every module, so each new piece of club admin doesn't start from scratch.
Fill-In Finder
Clubsie's first live module. Guardians opt their kids into fill-in availability once; coaches and team managers raise a request when a team is short; Clubsie matches eligible, available players and opens a conversation to confirm.
More on the way
A club knowledge-base chatbot — so members can ask a club's own questions and get a straight answer — is already underway as Clubsie's next module.
Clubsie is early — currently a private pre-alpha, piloting with a real club. Not yet open for general sign-up.
